Hey there! Is it possible they have a client that Outlook or Thunderbird connected to the mail account that is performing filtering there? You could also try using the cPanel >> Track Delivery tool to see if that gives any additional details on how the message gets handled.

Yes, they use outlook/thunderbird, but I see the filtering right in the Track delivery interface.

Could you post what you're seeing in Track Delivery? Just make any domain names or IP addresses anonymous.

I don't see any obvious filtering from that image. Can you let me know where you saw the filtering happen in Track Delivery?

That's interesting - could you open a ticket with our support team so we can take a closer look at that system?

Thanks for that - i see we have recommended increasing the log level for Exim to see if that will help is capture more detail, as there aren't any odd filters or redirection in place that we could find.

Yes, that's what raises my concern, because there was no filter before the issue was acknowledged, meaning it's not controlled and can tell where it comes from

It's definitely odd, but it would be best to work through the ticket at this point since our team has access there to check the entire machine.

Our team was able to review the logs on the machine and determine that there was a filter in place on the system, but it was removed on May 6 through the cPanel interface, so future emails are not being filtered.
