Hello! Can you clarify whether you were sending email from Gmail's server or a cPanel server? For sending email with cPanel, you can use the Email Deliverability interface to find your domain's default SPF record. More information on this interface can be found below:

Hello?i am sorry for bothering. I would like to inquiry some questions. I need to send emails by Gmail's Smtp from my own server IP. The sender is my Gmail account: spattong77@gmail.com. And i would like to inqury the meaning of "SPF: NONE with IP 0.0.0.0" ? Is that mean the sender server's IP is included in the Gmail SPF record? How can i configure my sender server and my gmail account so as to the SPF is set as: NONE with IP 0.0.0.0 ?

Thanks for that confirmation. I think the "0.0.0.0" is just the placeholder from that entry to indicate there was no IP shown. Once you have an SPF record configured it will show the actual IP address there. Google has some additional details about this here, so I'd recommend reading through that to see how the messages get handled: Help prevent spoofing and spam with SPF - Google Workspace Admin Help

You're very welcome! I don't think we need to delete the whole thread as this could help other users that experience the same issue.
