Webmail not getting ssl
Hello there,
Recently I added a subdomain to an account, everithing is working except for the subdomains ssl, it only works for the webpage, not mail nor webmail, tried uninstalling the ssl and reinstalling, looked in the DNS zones so it is not missing. The domains does not appear in the auto ssl interface.

You could also manually add the webmail.sub.domain.com and mail.sub.domain.com DNS records, as that isn't a standard record that gets added to the server. 0 -
The webmail.sub.domain.com is already resolving on the internet, but not covered in the ssl, if what kodeslogic has said is true, then there will be no problem, but it would be better to have the webmail.sub.domain.com properly working. Thank you very much 0 -
Domains only get covered by the SSL if they have an Apache vhost to match them. If not, there isn't anyway to perform the verification or get the SSL installed, so resolving in DNS isn't enough to make the SSL work. 0
