Info about deprecation

I can't speak for certain on how this will operate. But presumably installing or upgrading to cPanel 112 will do an OS check as one of the first things. If it finds that you are using CloudLinux 7 then it will not install or upgrade. In terms of upgrading, whatever version of cPanel you are on (presumably that would be cPanel 110) would still continue to work. You just won't get any security updates. Presumably, by the time cPanel 112 comes out, CentOS 7 and CloudLinux will be end-of-life anyway. I don't know the end of life schedule for CloudLinux, but CentOS 7 which CloudLinux 7 is based off of, goes end of life on June 30, 2024. Presumably cPanel 112 won't reach Release until after June 30, 2024. 0 -
What @sparek-3 said is correct - your cPanel system just wouldn't update any further and you'd stay on version 110. I'd expect version 110 to be released in Q1 of 2023, and that will become the next LTS release. 0 -
