Hello! Is cpanel currently undergoing billing issues?

I have opened a support ticket but no response yet. I just want to know if cpanel is currently having billing issues right now. My cpanel license is with cpanel store and usually, they send an invoice at the 1st day of the month. But I still haven't received an invoice until now. 0 -
You should be able to see your invoices in cPanel Store - Cart 0 -
I have checked cpanel cart, no invoice. I am just worried that my license might expire because cpanel is not sending me an invoice to pay for. 0 -
@Bardagol - have you heard back from the Customer Service team yet? There isn't anything we can do on the forums for billing issues, so they'd be the best way to go. If you haven't heard back and you have a ticket number, I can see what the status is for you. 0 -
Support just replied now, they said that cpanel is going thru billing issues right now and are currently resolving it. Thank you! 0 -
I'm glad we were able to confirm there was an issue - when I checked previously I hadn't yet heard anything on my end. 0
