Methods of contact
There are three ways to contact a Customer Service Representative at cPanel. Phone, Chat, and E-mail. This article will go over each method.
cPanel's Customer Service team is available to offer assistance with any issues relating to licensing, billing, and Partner NOC program-related concerns.

*Phone support is not available during company observed holidays.
**Chat support is not available on weekends, or company observed holidays.

To initiate a live chat session, Follow this link: cPanel Store
Once logged in to the cPanel Store account, The option for "chat" can be found on the bottom right of the page:
After clicking the chat button, a small window will pop up where the issue and account details may be provided.
Please make sure to include full details of the issue so that a quick resolution can be provided. Once all necessary details are included, click "start chat" to initiate the chat:
Support via Ticket
During high wait times and on company observed holidays, Chat and Phone support are not available. In these situations, the "Chat" option will not be visible in the cPanel store. Instead, there will be the option for "Support."
When clicking the "Support" option, a small window will pop up where the issue and account details may be provided. Please make sure to be as detailed as possible so that a quick resolution can be provided
Once all of your necessary information has been entered, click the send button on the bottom right of the support pop-up. Once "Send" is clicked, your request will come straight to the Customer Support team and an update will be provided as soon as possible!
