There are three ways to contact a Customer Service Representative at cPanel: Phone, Chat, and Email. This article outlines each contact method.
cPanel's Customer Service team assists with licensing, billing, and Partner NOC-related inquiries.
Customer Service Department Hours
All hours are listed in U.S. Central Time (CT)
- Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday – Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Observed Holidays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
*Phone and Chat support are not available on weekends or company-observed holidays.

To begin a live chat session:
- Go to https://cpanel.net/pricing/ and click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner.
- Log in to your cPanel Store account and click on the chat icon.
Fill in your issue details , then click the arrow on the right to begin the session.
Support Via Email
Kindly email cs@cpanel.net from the email address associated with your cPanel Store account. This will create a ticket in our system.

During holidays or peak times, live Chat and Phone support may be temporarily unavailable.
