How to get cPanel technical support?
While raising a cpanel support ticket recently, it seems the system forced me (based on my IP) to contact OVH for Cpanel support.
Wrote to OVH and they returned that they can't support the software.
So now where does cpanel customer go to get the technical support? Please advise.
Actual Technical Problem:
Please advise why one one of your user is not able to receive emails to his gmail id. We already have required SPF and DKIM info on DNS records.

If you license is from OVH they should be providing support (or at least open the cPanel ticket on your behalf). If you can't get support from them I'd suggest contacting cs@cpanel.net (cPanel customer support) and they can help work it out.

Hey there! The issue is that Google is blocking your messages, as shown in the first line of that output. It would seem that there is a problem with the mail headers on the machine.
If you send an email to a different address, do you see the Message-ID header when checking the headers?

Thanks Mod, for helping.
It's only showing this error message to this one gmail ID, rest we have never heard of any issue.
We do have SPF and DKM specified, and never heard complaints from any other users including gmail users.
What is the missing message ID header and how to fix that?
Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately you'll likely need to contact Gmail. If this is a standard cPanel server with no customizations to Exim, that message header will be in place.

How do you send out the email from the server exactly? is it via the website using a contact form as an example? Can you try to send out a test mail directly from webmail using this email account?

It seems after a few days I am still in an infinite loop.
Appreciate it if someone could please help.
OVH second response, when I asked them to open a cPanel support ticket
