Gmail Vacation Responder not reaching SRS addresses
I have set up Gmail Vacation responder and all outgoing autoresponses are sent to addresses such as SRS0=XOWaOt=MU=user.com=user. Senders do not receive the response.
SRS is enabled in WHM Exim configuration basic settings. I have found information in this thread: https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/community/posts/19664406634007-SRS-and-autoreply-on-gmail?input_string=SRS%20and
"Hello, The workaround in the support ticket was to implement a reverse-path SRS redirect router at the PREVIRTUALUSER include point in "WHM >> Exim Configuration Manager >> Advanced Editor". EX:bounce_srs_before_catchall: driver = redirect srs = reverse data = ${srs_recipient} "
I would like to attempt to implement this, however when I copy paste this text I receive the error "extra characters follow driver name bounce_srs_before_catchall."
I am a novice but with explanation I can make this change. Can someone please help me by telling me exactly what to type in the Exim Configuration Manager? Thanks in advance.

Hey there! It looks like you have an extra space and quote at the end of the line, which could cause this issue.
However, we have a more modern solution that may work for you outlined in this article:
Could you try that option first to see if that works?

Hi cPRex, thanks for your reply.
SRS support is already enabled in our Exim configuration manager:
I have copy pasted the line exactly without the space or " and receive the error below. If you can demonstrate exactly how to input the command I would greatly appreciate it.

Unfortunately I don't have any additional ideas on my end. That thread is several years old so it's possible the options have changed. Could you submit a support ticket so this can be investigated?

Frustratingly I am unable to submit a support ticket. When I attempt to do so I am notified that our license is supported by a different company (Newfold Digital Inc.). I am on a wild goose chase trying to solve this problem that is a major issue for our business.

You would need to either open a ticket with them and have them escalate the issue to us if they can't resolve it, or purchase your license directly from cPanel to reach out to our support team.
