How to enable Sender Rewriting Scheme (SRS) Support

Introduction

Enabling "Sender Rewriting Scheme (SRS)" rewrites sender addresses so that the email appears to come from the forwarding mail server. This allows forwarded emails to pass SPF checks. This article provides the steps to enable SRS.

Procedure

1. Log into WHM as the ‘root’ user.
2. Navigate to "Home / Software Configuration / Exim Configuration Manager."
3. Click the "Mail" tab.
4. Scroll down to "Enable Sender Rewriting Scheme (SRS) Support."
5. Select the "On" option for "Enable Sender Rewriting Scheme (SRS) Support."
6. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
7. Click the "Save" button.
