    Hey there!  That's certainly not a good sign - if the file is really not there on the server, can you try forcing an update to see if that restores it?

    Yes. I tried to update but its not happening

    And I says another update  process is running but I don't see any process when I check.

    see below error at the end

    Do you see anything in WHM >> Review Transfers and Restores that you can stop?

    I already checked that. None of them are running.
