Some sites showing account suspended after Live transfer

so I just migrated some user accounts from one server to another using the Live transfer option.
Some of the websites are loading correctly, however, there are a few ones that are showing something like the account has been suspended though it's not suspended when I check List accounts column.
There's one that loads the menu of one of the websites on top and account suspended on the bottom as seen in the attached screenshot.
I did try the steps listed here https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/4409480841623-Accounts-suspended-after-transfer however, same issue.

  Hey there!  For the accounts that show up as suspended, can you check and confirm that the suspended page is being loaded from the new machine?  If traffic is somehow reaching the old server I would expect that page to show up.
