Why i can't open wordpress using wp toolkit it says redirected you too many times

Hello i have experience that i can't open my wordpress using wp toolkit can someone help me to resolve this case

  Hey there!  When this error happens it is almost always an issue with the local .htaccess file on the account.  Do you see any redirects there that could explain this behavior?

  cPRex hello, fyi this is a new website. i already checked theres no .htaccess file on my account, and i never redirect anything. do you have any suggestions?

  When using a cPanel server, there has to be a .htaccess file on the account.  How were you checking for it? If you were using File Manager you need to ensure that hidden files are enabled:

  cPRex i already follow the step and yes i can see the hidden .htaccess now, what should i do now with this .htaccess?

  You'll just need to look at the file and see if there are redirects in there that could be causing the issue.
