Single user unable to log into Webmail

All other emails on the account are fine (clicking Check Email in cPanel). This one user receives the following error message (IMAP access is working fine):

Oops... something went wrong!
An internal error has occurred. Your request cannot be processed at this time.

For administrators: Please check the application and/or server error logs for more information.

We've tried disabling and enabling PHP-FPM for the account, and we've tried Fixing Mail Permissions in WHM. Neither helped.

powwowsuiwow - we actually pulled that link offline because if there were other issues with the system that method could lead to data loss.

If you're seeing that issue, could you create a ticket so we can see this problem in action?
