Is The Cpanel Ticket Page Broken?
Is it just me or is the submit button missing when you select Tech Support?

Hey hey! I just checked now and I'm not seeing any issues with the page on my end.

I have the exact same problem. There's no more submit button. It only displays an error that the license is obtained from another vendor and that you may be eligible from support from them. However, I want to open a ticket for something that's 100% on cPanel's end and the vendor can't possibly assist with. This is, however, not possible as it's not possible to go any further after that error. I tried it with multiple browsers from different networks, its always the same: no way to submit a ticket.
Did cPanel block the ability for people to create any support tickets at all when they didn't buy directly at cPanel...? Because that will create so many issues that it'll be impossible to continue using cPanel in the future.0 -
Hi,
If you've purchased your cPanel license from a partner, then they would be your point of contact for support. If the issue is caused by a problem in cPanel, then I still recommend reaching out to your provider, as they would have the ability to open a ticket with us so we may review the issue.

Ahhh, so this was a deliberate action by cPanel to cease giving support and taking responsibility for their products? Yeahhh that's not going to happen, not going to incorporate a third-party in between my communication and take weeks waiting for said third-party to relay my messages to cPanel and vice-versa. That's absolutely ridiculous, especially at the extreme price hikes cPanel has done over the years. More $$$, less product, zero support.
Thank you for your reply, that's all I needed to know to be convinced to finally convert all servers to DirectAdmin - call it the final straw if you will. cPanel refusing to give support is absolutely unacceptable.

I use the cPanel Elevante on one server with DNS Only, that have a free license, and I cannot open ticket to support. What is cPanel trying to do make it difficult to use ther support?
I have one DNS server with issues on yum and I cannot contact support team. Excellent work cPanel, congratulations!

i have found intermittent issues with the submit function where if you add more than 1 cc email address in after you enter the server IP the page does not refresh to continue with the actual ticket submission.
Latest Chrome release and latest edge do the same thing... logging out of the system and a fresh login seems to be the only way to clear the issue0
