    So far,
    We found that in /etc/nginx/conf.d/default_https.conf
the definition block for the site is not added after the certificate is issued.

Added it manually and the issue is solved, but this is not a solution if you have hundred of customers on server.

  • Hi,

Can you confirm whether you're using the cPanel-provided nginx? The /etc/nginx/conf.d/default_https.conf file doesn't appear to exist on my own VM with ea-nginx installed.

If you're experiencing this issue when using cPanel-provided nginx (ea-nginx), I recommend making a ticket so our team can take a closer look. The cPanel-provided nginx should automatically update its configuration file if the SSL is installed via a supported method.

    Hi,

We are using engintron, we have updated it to the latest version, but the issue persist
Today we are planing maintenance on server to switch to cPanel ea-nginx, and will check if the issue will persist. I will come back with more details after this procedure.
