No cPanel theme in WHM

I recently tried to make a cpanel account on my new VPS with hostinger and there was an error turns out there is no theme installed in whm not even Jupiter I tried googling how to download install a theme but I couldn't find an answer.

Unless you've added a custom theme, it should be expected for this interface to have no cPanel themes listed as this is the interface you'd use to manage custom themes. If core cPanel files for the Jupiter theme are missing, you can run the upcp script (/scripts/upcp) with the --sync flag to download and replace missing files:
What is the purpose of the sync flag for upcp
If that doesn't help, can you provide me with the error message you're receiving when attempting to create a new cPanel account?
