Sub domains not working

  • Hi,

For an Internal Server Error on your subdomains, I recommend reviewing the Apache error log, as it should provide more information regarding this error:

Where can I find the Apache error log

If you provide the error in this thread (you can remove/replace any sensitive information such as the domain name) I can review the error to provide further guidance.

That error message is almost always caused by an issue with the .htaccess file on the account.  We have additional details on tracking down the source of that error here:

    https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/4409452954903-Too-many-redirects-error

but you'll likely be able to examine the .htaccess to see the issue.

No, its happens only on addons. No errors when creates a new domain as new account. The same issue is happens on all sub domains of all accounts.

It would be best to submit a ticket so the server can be investigated directly, as this isn't normal behavior.
