Excessive use of disk space allocated to client

Hello,

I assigned one of my clients 50Gb of disk space, but I realized that today he is using 92.76GB. In the cpanel it shows that you have exceeded the limit but the account is still active and can continue uploading files without problems, how to limit this, so that clients do not use more than the allocated space.

  Hey there!  The first thing you'll want to do is determine where the disk usage is coming from.  For example, if the disk usage is coming from a database that could be normal behavior:

  or if they have a large amount of emails in the trash:

  https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/4420328490007-How-to-include-the-trash-folder-data-in-email-disk-quota-calculations

  but finding where the disk usage is will let you know.
