Roundcube lento

Hola buenas tardes.

Haber si me pueden apoyar con este caso.

hace 2 meses migre de CentOS v7.9.2009 STANDARD standard a AlmaLinux v9.5.0 STANDARD kvm.

Migre 3 cuentas con poco almacenamiento.

El detalle que tengo ahora es al abrir el correo webmail roudcube, se alenta, se quedan cargando los correos por un buen tiempo, marca error con el servidor.

Haber si hay un caso similar me puedan ayudar, el servidor no consume nada de recursos.

    ¡Hola! Siempre que haya un error dentro de la interfaz, incluso si se trata de Roundcube, el mejor lugar para comenzar a buscar pistas es dentro del registro de errores de cPanel, que se encuentra en /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log. ¿Ves algo útil en ese archivo de registro después de acceder al correo web?

    Hey there!  Whenever there is an error inside the interface, even if that is Roundcube, the best place to start looking for clues is inside the cPanel error log, which is located at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log.  Do you see anything helpful in that log file after you access webmail?

    Hola,

    Te sugiero que uses un comando como less o tail para ver el registro de errores. Por ejemplo, el siguiente comando mostraría las últimas 50 entradas del registro de errores de cPanel:

     

    tail -50 /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

     

    Si el registro de errores de cPanel no te resulta útil, también te recomiendo que veas el registro de errores de RoundCube, ya que puede contener errores útiles para RoundCube:

    I suggest using a command such as less or tail to view the error log. For example, the following command would show the last 50 entries from the cPanel error log:

     

    tail -50 /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

     

    If the cPanel error log isn't helpful, I also recommend viewing the RoundCube error log as that can contain helpful errors for RoundCube:

    Puede ser mejor utilizar el siguiente comando en el servidor mientras carga la página específica que causa el error, ya que eso mostrará la salida del registro en tiempo real:

    tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

    Si bien esos errores aparecen en los registros y tenemos un caso para resolverlos también, no creo que estén directamente relacionados con su problema. Tal vez sea mejor enviar un ticket para que se pueda examinar el servidor directamente.

    While those errors do show up in the logs, and we have a case to get those resolved as well, I don't believe they are directly related to your issue.  It may be best to submit a ticket so the server can be examined directly.
