    In WHM you need to edit the default package. Change the number of add-on domains from one to the number you need, save, and try again. Let me know if that helps.

    And if you only have access to your cPanel account and not access to WHM, you would need to speak with your host so they can edit your plan so you can create additional subdomains.

    Thanks you so much for coming back to me i have now done this and it does allow me to add another domain. The issue is i cannot see the domain under the subdomains section..

    In addition to this i can not create the TXT spf record for the subdomain that i really need to create. This is what i need to create:

    v=spf1 mx a ip4: 52.16.101.143 include:mailcontrol.com include:spf.protection.outlook.com ~all

    I get the following error:

    The DNS zone is invalid (line51: livelounge.deltaglobal.co : Cname and other data

    If i look at line 51 it appears to be a cname record:

    which is:

    livelounge.deltaglobal.co. 14400 CNAME
    dgs.ultimateweb.org
    Can you please explain to me what i need to do to allow me to add the following TXT record:
    v=spf1 mx a ip4: 52.16.101.143 include:mailcontrol.com include:spf.protection.outlook.com ~all

    Thanks again for all your help thus far..

    You'll likely need to have your host check this as well.  I don't believe the line number from the error is going to match up with anything you'll find inside the cPanel interface, as that is referring to the direct line number of the file in /var/named on the machine.

    Harvey do you not have the option to add a TXT record at all, is it missing options for certain DNS vales to add?
