fixed block count warnings
"This account has reached the fixed block count 5120000."
I've been seeing these warnings for a while now, but since they don't cause me any problems, I ignore them. However, a reseller is asking me what the reason is.
The account has not exceeded the bandwidth, disk quota or configured inodes in cloudlinux.
What exactly does this exceeded limit mean, what problem can it cause for the user and where can it be adjusted?
I have read this article but it does not clarify my doubts. Why am I seeing "This account has reached the fixed block count 5120000" in List accounts? – cPanel

Hey there! Like that article you linked says, this is just a warning that indicates the user has used at least 75 percent of its disk space allotment or has reached their fixed block count value. Is either of those true for this user?

From the cPanel interface I don't see that they have reached any limit. At least not for disk space or inodes assigned in cloudlinux. That's why I don't understand the warning.

That's correct - this warning happens when they are at 75% of their limit. Is that also not happening?

I'll show you the case of a specific account.
The disk space warning is correct. I don't know about the fixed block count. If it's the inodes, it's not even close.

That seems to be reporting correctly then. If you need us to examine the account more we'd need to see a ticket from that server.

So what exactly is the fixed block count, disk space? Can I raise that limit?

The only way to change this would be to increase the disk space quota for the user.
