Transfert plesk to cpanel
I copied several accounts from Plesk to Cpanel with the transfer tool. I have only three recordes to transfer but now I'm having an error ... I googled it but didn't find a solution. Neither where the problem comes from ... Nothing is copied to the server ...
Failed: The remote execution of “pkgacct.xxxx.xxxxx” failed, or the requested account, “xxxx”, was not found on the server: “ip address”.

Hey there! Usually when this error happens there is an issue with that specific DNS zone having a record that cPanel doesn't support.
I would recommend reviewing that DNS zone and seeing if there are any unused records that could be removed. You also may be able to find more details about the specific error in that /home/cpmove-xxx-1734276726.log that is mentioned on the Plesk server, but once the DNS zone issue is fixed I would expect things to work normally.

Cleaned up the DNS entries, DNS error is gone but I get a new error .. pfff

If you manually run "/scripts/pkgacct usename" on the Plesk server, do you see any additional errors? This type of issue would likely be best handled in a ticket if you'd like to create one with our team.

They should be able to get this resolved quickly for you, as there is likely another issue with the account causing the problem.

The answer from my provider ...
As for the transfer issue, as stated in the log file, it seems that the last customer is no longer stored on your other server as the file cannot be found. In any case, this is unfortunately not something we can fix.
But the site is still online ...

That's honestly a terrible reply from that provider. Could you see if they are willing to escalate the ticket to us?

I'll give it a try ...
Maenwhile I'm still looking for a solution ... you have already saw the issue :-)

Were you able to try manually running pkgacct against that one particular user to see if it showed more errors? There isn't much else we can do on our end without access to the account.

There should be a ticket ...

If you have a ticket number I'd be happy to check!
