    Hey there!  Can you try enabling this option to see if that changes the behavior of the forwarded messages?

    As I mentioned, it’s already enabled, so I’m a bit stuck here.
    I’m not sure what’s going wrong, but I’d appreciate any further guidance!

    Ah, sorry - I missed that line!

    I'm not sure what else would make it think the messages are coming "from" somewhere else.  Can you submit a ticket so this can be investigated?

    This is my first time posting here, how can I open a ticket? 

    Not sure I this something that helps but, I am using AlmaLinux 8, cPanel 120.0.22

    You can do that from WHM >> Create a Support Ticket.  It will either direct you to us or your provider, depending on where your license was purchased.

    My provider is GoDaddy, they're investigating, I will update the question if they can fix the issue.
