Hey there!  I don't think this is one we'll be able to fix over the Forums without seeing the domain.  It's also not possible to have two SSL certificates on the same domain in a cPanel environment, so there is likely something else happening.

It would be best to submit a ticket so this can be examined by someone with access to the server and the DNS information.

same here, cpanel host has lets encrypt, domain name has sertigo limited ssl, but website still shows lets encrypt and also not secure, when I click on the certificate from the domain www it shows the lets encrypt from the hostname and that is not correct, spend 2 hours on it but there is no way to fix it. There is a bug on cpanel and that need to be fixed. SSL is not working.

  • Hi,

There can be a variety of reasons for a website loading the wrong SSL certificate. I'll include a list of things to check below:

A domain on our server is loading the SSL of another unrelated domain

If your server is using ea-nginx, then it might be impacted by the following issue:

On servers running ea-nginx, some sites display SSL certificate errors due to missing ea-nginx configuration files

If none of these resources help to resolve the issue, as Rex suggested, creating a ticket will likely be the best course of action.
