Unable to connect cPanel email with New Outlook

For the past couple of months, we've been facing issues configuring an email account in the new Outlook. Has anyone found a solution? Hey there! Are you getting any specific error messages on the Outlook side of things? Do you see anything helpful in /var/log/messages on the server? That log file shows the connection log of the user to the server.
