Roundcube login
I have an unusual issue where I can login to all but one Roundcube email accounts via cpanel.
I have one address when I click the 'Check Email" button in cPanel / Email Accounts. Instead of loading the usual page with the large RoundCube button, it goes to a basic RoundCube login screen and always displays login failed.
The login and password are 100% correct and this only happens on one account on a domain while other accounts on the same domain work perfectly.
The maillog on the server says:
imap-login: Login aborted: Connection Closed (auth failed, 1 attempted in 2 seconds) (auth failed:
Any help would be appreciated

An update on this.
I found this post discussing cPHulk Brute Force Detection causing the issue, when i disable cPHulkI can login.

It sounds like it could be account or username-based protection then. If you check the cPHulk page do you see anything in the "Blacklist Management" or "History Reports" tab that gives you more details?
