URLs not found after Graceful Server Reboot
I do not know with what update this issue started, but recently, whenever I initiate a Graceful Server Reboot as needed for various software updates (ie; cPanel Security Advisor - The system’s core libraries or services have been updated message), once completed, all the hosted domains on my server display to following when accessing them via their public URL and I have to initiate a Forceful Server Reboot to correct the problem. Every single time.
Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Any suggestions on where to start?

I've seen similar in the past when using the lsapi PHP handler. Try switching the PHP handler to something else, and then switching back to whatever you are using and see if that fixes things.

I personally haven't heard of this behavior. The item that makes the most sense to me would be a caching tool like Nginx or something similar that is holding on to data for some reason, but I honestly don't have a good explanation for this one.
If this is something you can reproduce on your system it would probably be best to create a ticket so this can be seen in action.

Thank you both for the information, and my apologies for my delayed response.
It is reproducible, but I'm having some other issues currently that I need to work on first.
