WHM login failure

My WMH password no longer functions (it was def fine 2 years ago when I recorded some details, and I'm pretty sure I logged in just a couple of weeks back) - and no amount of attempting to get into Cpanel support is successful. The support url redirects to webpros, and logging in there gives no indication at all of how to get support from Cpanel.
Very, very frustrating.

  Russell White - it sounds like you have been compromised, which could be due to this recent issue:

  Since you may not be able to create a ticket from your server you can use these alternate steps to create that ticket so we can examine your system, but we would still need root access to the machine to be able to take a look:
