Unable to Access Accounts after WHM Update/Reboot
Here is an odd one! I ran the WHM update to 136.0.20 this morning and then preformed a graceful reboot to update some processes that were running and now I am unable to log in to WHM via my root account. I can access the WHM login via the IP and domain @ :2087, but after I enter my un/pw I get 'The login is invalid.' It is the same un/pw I used to a hundred times and used this morning to run the update. The same is true for the domains I host, they are unable to access cPanel via :2083 and their un/pw receiving the same message 'The login is invalid.'
Thoughts?

Hey there! I had several techs here check, and I also checked my own personal system after updating to 136.0.20, and none of us are currently experiencing this issue.
If you can create a ticket we'd be happy to take a look!

cPRex Have you rebooted or logged out of WHM post update? I was able to remain logged in until I rebooted the machine and logged me out.
I'm unable too create a ticket, hopefully one of the others experiencing the same issue can.

Yes, I never stay logged into WHM unless I'm doing some specific administration task.
If you can't create a ticket through WHM you can always use the support.cpanel.net portal to start that process.

Thanks, but I purchase WHM through my host and they refuse to submit a ticket on my behalf and I don't want to push my luck with them and get the boot.

That honestly sounds like a better host might be the best thing to do, or at least a better license provider for your cPanel license.
