cant update my license for the cpanel and has lost access to my cpanel services

when try the update from bash i got

[root@hosting ~]# /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt

and in the log show

Wed Jul  8 17:01:46 2026: License update failed for server 208.74.123.3
Wed Jul  8 17:01:46 2026: Trying server 208.74.121.83

if try access the ips the port show close

[root@hosting ~]# telnet 208.74.121.83 2089
Trying 208.74.121.83...

telnet: connect to address 208.74.121.83: Connection refused

  Same problem here all my servers are gone!!!

  Seeing the same thing here. Assumed it was related to another issue we were having, but clearly not if other folks are impacted.
