Yeah that's what I figured. Will I have to remove the CNAME records to park the domain. Or can I just create the sub domain and then remove the A records that will be created. Thanks

If this helps anyone, I had to disable Wordpress Toolkit in Manage Hooks Accounts Remove:: /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/wp-toolkit/bin/handle-event. WP Toolkit was no longer on the server.
