Very strange no one replied to this thread as... Found the solution myself by replacing /usr/local/apache/conf/modsec2.user.conf with an empty file and then restarting httpd.

@cPanelMichael: Last night's cPanel update did not downgrade and seemed to have upgraded without downgrading afterwards. We will probably never know what caused the downgrade in the first place...

FYI: I still haven't solved this problem either. The CA bundle is not loaded properly when renewing the main SSL certificate. CENTOS 6.6 x86_64 standard WHM 11.44.1 (build 19)

@cPRex: Removing the lock solved the problem. The user is able to get back into Webmail again. I also found : UpdateHostname:username in the same path for the same user, which I also removed.
