You need to contact Godaddy support itself, and they will be able to fix the issue.

Login to WHM and in Tweak settings under Mail section you can mention the value, however make sure you have configured MX record as well as DNS records too.

are you using custom name servers ? make sure they are active and pinging are you using registrar's name servers ? you will have to change the A record of the domain in DNS zone at registrar
