Well, I don't personally host the server with my domains and my cPanel license, so I'd have to imagine it's managed, but I'm not entirely sure how you're defining managed vs unmanaged. :)

Hmm. If I'm behind a firewall, do I need to have entries for both my internal and external IPs? I only have one for my internal IP. Perhaps that's why it's not working?
