I think i found it, it was actually set to 1024 not 1024M When i said 1024M in previous post i was not looking at the main domain. Lets see if that resolves it. :)

In the old days when i used FTP, uploading to phpbb make sure you choose binary in your FTP settings for transfer type for your FTP client like filezilla. I hope that helps..
