Have updated my Cpanel to 86.0.22 today manually and have the same issue: Only IPv6 logs are shown in Server access log. I use Cloudflare as well.

Problems after an update of WHM
I've updated WHM to version 64.18 two days ago and since then it fails on relatively high traffic. But on this level of traffic it didn't fall before this update. I don't know what to do. my server...
