LiteSpeed Log - Request has not been logged into access log, response body sent

Symptoms

You may see a warning message similar to the following in the LiteSpeed log:

2021-01-07 14:34:28.236825 WARN [32822] [xxx.xxx.xxx.xx:43325-3#APVH_test.domain.com:443] Request has not been logged into access log, response body sent: 171013! 

Description 

This is a warning message and does not indicate that a problem has occurred.

This warning appears in the log when a client (most commonly a web browser such as Firefox ) cancels a request before the request has finished processing. 

Workaround

There is no need to take action unless you are experiencing a problem that has consequences not mentioned in this article.
