Symptoms

WHM Apache Status page shows the following error:

CONFIG_TEXT: Failed to receive status information from Apache.

Cause

This can occur if the ea-apache24-config-runtime package is out of date.

Resolution

This can be resolved by running an update of all packages.

# dnf update

Note: If no updates for ea-apache24-config-runtime are found, ensure that the appropriate EA4 repository is enabled and the package is not version locked by running dnf versionlock list | grep ea-apache24.
