Why is Google Drive missing from Jetbackup 5?

You may have recently upgraded from Jetbackup 4 to Jetbackup 5 and found that some previously available backup destination options are no longer available or have changed.

Answer

In the original release of JetBackup 5.0, support for Google Drive was not included. As of the 5.3 tier of JetBackup, support for Google Drive has been added via plugin:
