Why does the disk information for a WebDisk-mounted drive show the drive's disk space usage instead of the account's quota?

WebDAV, the protocol used by Webdisk, does not appear to have the functionality to display or calculate quotas. Because of this, the local operating system on the WebDisk client displays the disk space usage of the mounted drive instead of the disk space quota allocated to the account.
