Symptoms

The apachectl fullstatus command hangs up or fails to run.

Cause

Custom redirects for localhost or the server's hostname can result this behavior.

Resolution

Review/remove/modify any relevant Apache includes/customizations.

1. Log in to WHM as root.
2. Navigate to Home / Service Configuration / Apache Configuration / Include Editor.
3. Review the includes and make any necessary changes.
