How do I move sites on the shared IP to a new Shared IP?

Situation 1

I have a new shared IP and I need to move all my sites on the old shared IP to the new one.  How do I do that?

Situation 2

I have just migrated my sites to a new server manually (without using the Transfer Tool).  Websites show the default page.  I checked the IP addresses in the Virtual Hosts of the Apache configuration file at /etc/apache2/conf/httpd.conf and they're all from the old server.  How do I fix this easily?
