How can I disable all DNS caching in WHM?

Answer

1. Log in to WHM as root
2. Navigate to Home / Service Configuration / Service Manager
3. Uncheck the Enabled and Monitored boxes for the Name Service Cache Daemon (NSCD) service
   
4. Click the Save button at the bottom
