The purpose of that directory is to serve as a configuration repository for EasyApache and its many components and  it's there to improve future compatibility within the cPanel & WHM codebase. All the files stored in that directory are essential to the proper operation of the EasyApache ecosystem. 

Therefore, it is strongly recommended that you do not change the content of these files under no circumstances. Any changes to any of these files will result in lots of unexpected issues.
