Action is blocked: Your WP Toolkit license allows 0 Deluxe accounts

Symptoms

When assigning a feature list to a package, you see an error like this in WHM:

A hook has halted this operation. Category : Whostmgr Event : Packages::verify_input_data Stage : pre Ok Failed to handle event Packages::verify_input_data. Error: Action is blocked: Your WP Toolkit license allows 0 Deluxe accounts, and this limit would be breached if you continue. Upgrade your WP Toolkit license to have more Deluxe
accounts

You may also see an error like this when you try to create a new account:

Hook denied creation of account: Failed to handle event Accounts::Create. Error: Action
is blocked: Your WP Toolkit license allows 0 Deluxe accounts, and this limit
would be breached if you continue. Upgrade your WP Toolkit license to have more Deluxe accounts

 

Description

This error appears when the WP Toolkit Deluxe feature is enabled in the feature list that is selected and the server either does not have a WP Toolkit Deluxe license or is already using the maximum number of Deluxe accounts.

 

Workaround

Either upgrade to WP Toolkit Deluxe on the WP Toolkit page in WHM or disable the WP Toolkit Deluxe feature with these steps:

  1. Go to WHM » Packages » Feature Manager.
  2. Select the feature list(s) with the "WP Toolkit Deluxe" feature enabled.
  3. Select "Edit".
  4. Uncheck the box for "WP Toolkit Deluxe".
  5. Click Save.

If this does not work, enable WP Toolkit Deluxe in the disabled feature list with these steps:

  1. Go to WHM » Packages » Feature Manager.
  2. Select the disabled feature list.
  3. Select "Edit".
  4. Check the box for "WP Toolkit Deluxe".
  5. Click Save.
