How to disable the ea-nginx cache for a cPanel user

Introduction

Sometimes, you may need to disable the NGINX cache for a specific cPanel account rather than the entire server.

Procedure

1. Log into WHM as the ‘root’ user.
2. Navigate to "Home / Software / NGINX® Manager."
3. Click the "User Settings" tab.
4. Locate the user for which to disable NGINX caching.
5. Toggle the user's "NGINX caching" setting to "Disabled."
   Please note that multiple users may be disabled simultaneously by selecting the checkbox next to the usernames you wish to change and then clicking the "Disable NGINX Cache" button.
