Symptoms
Attempting to install JetBackup on AlmaLinux 9 fails and outputs the error:
Failed to get versions
Description
JetBackup provides support for AlmaLinux starting in version 5.3. Attempts to install earlier versions will fail with this error.
Workaround
You will need to ensure your selected tier is version 5.3 or newer. To confirm the current versions releases, please see the JetBackup changelogs.
