This article will walk you through what to do if you receive a Maxmind Error when placing an order.
This error normally means that there was something about your order that caused it to be flagged in our system. This could be because of the address you entered or the IP that your order was placed from. It also could be for other reasons. Orders that are flagged are set aside so that a member of our staff can manually evaluate your order. If we are not able to verify your order, additional verification may be requested.
If you are flagged, you do not need to take any action. We will contact you once your order has been manually evaluated.
Once your order has been approved you will want to follow the instructions provided in order to activate your new order. Please do not place a new order, instead follow the provided instructions to make payment on your existing order.
