Refund Policy for New cPanel Licenses
New cPanel licenses purchased through the cPanel Store are eligible for a refund within the first 72 hours of purchase.
Note: This policy only applies to new license purchases and does not include license renewals.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible new license, please submit a request to our Customer Service team.
Renewals and Cancellations
Important: If your license auto-renewed on the 1st of the month or is canceled after the 72-hour refund window, it will not qualify for a refund.
