Modify an Account save not working in cPanel v124 if package is undefined

Symptoms

The save button on the Modify an Account page does not do anything, no error is displayed, if the account has an undefined PLAN, nothing is logged either via the cPanel error log.

Description

When an account has an undefined plan and you try to modify the account the save button does not work, there is no message, and the modifications are not saved.

We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-46084. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product. 

Workaround

Change the account plan to default or create a new plan with the desired resources.
